  1. Do I need previous experience to book onto the courses?

Not necessarily. Many of our courses are designed for beginners, while some advanced courses require prior qualifications. Each course page outlines the prerequisites.

Our fast-track courses are a great route into injectables without and prior experience.

  1. Are your courses accredited?

Yes. Our courses are fully accredited, allowing you to gain insurance and legally perform treatments after training. Eclipse is accredited with CPD, VTCT and Qualifi.

  1. Will I receive a certificate after completing a course?

Yes, all students receive an accredited certificate upon successful completion of their course. CPD courses are certificated at the end of training while VTCT and Qualifi require an EQA date.

  1. How long do the courses last?

Course durations vary. Some are 1-day intensive courses, while others are spread over multiple days/months. Check each course description for details.

  1. Do you offer online courses?

Yes. We provide online training for certain courses, allowing you to learn at your own pace from home.

Booking & Payments

  1. How do I book a course?

You can book a course directly on our website by selecting your desired course and choosing a date that suits you.

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit/credit cards, Klarna, PayPal, and bank transfers. We also offer payment plans for selected courses.

  1. Do you offer finance options or payment plans?

Yes. We work with Klarna and other finance providers to offer flexible payment options, so you can spread the cost over time.

  1. Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Our refund policy is outlined in our Terms & Conditions. In most cases, deposits are non-refundable, but we may be able to reschedule your course.

On the Day of Training

  1. What do I need to bring to my training?

We provide all necessary equipment and materials for in-person courses. You just need to bring yourself and a model (if required for your course).

  1. Do I need to bring a model?

Some courses require you to bring a model for practical training. If you’re unable to, we may be able to arrange one—please check course details in advance.

  1. What should I wear to my training?

We recommend wearing dark comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. If your course involves aesthetics, a beauty uniform or black clothing is preferred.

After the Course

  1. Will I receive ongoing support after my course?

Yes. We offer lifetime support to all students, including access to our private student group for advice and business guidance.

  1. Can I get insurance after completing a course?

Yes. Our accredited courses allow you to obtain insurance, enabling you to work legally in the beauty industry. We can recommend trusted insurance providers.

  1. Will I be able to start my own business after training?

Absolutely. Our courses equip you with the skills and knowledge to start offering treatments professionally. We also offer business mentoring and marketing advice.
